Renee Clay has over 20 years of is an experienced Civil Engineer

with a strong background in infrastructure planning, design, and

construction support. She has contributed to a wide range of civil

engineering projects including transportation improvements, site

development, stormwater management, and utility design. Renee’s

experience includes preparing design drawings, cost estimates,

technical reports, and permit documentation in compliance with local,

state, and federal regulations.
