Alison Baker

As a Junior Land Use Planner, Alison focuses

on comprehensive plan updates, policy

development, and helping clients navigate the

land use process to achieve their development

goals. She holds a Master of Urban and Regional

Planning degree from Portland State University

and joined Jackson Civil in Spring 2025. Alison

brings a strong foundation in planning principles

and a detail-oriented approach to advancing

community development and long-range

planning initiatives.
